Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to service suspension or additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamsti Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically stated in project agreements. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we strive for high quality and reliability.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
